PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a train operation control system which accurately performs a delay prediction of operating trains attributed to a delay without limitation of the number of object trains of the delay prediction, facilitates visual confirmation, and can display in real time. SOLUTION: The train operation control system predicts future operation of other trains attributed to the delay of the train. The system predicts a future operation schedule based on at least allowed maximum speed data which is previously determined between each station among a plurality of stations in a standard operation schedule, halting time data determined by each station, distance data between one train and the previous train, and preferably further based on a train hindrance period as basic data, and displays the prediction result together with the standard operation schedule in real time.
