PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a delivery efficiency of liquid droplet by making the delivery rate of liquid droplet higher while making the delivery quantity of liquid droplet stabilized. SOLUTION: A foaming chamber communicates with a feeding passage 28 by using the principal plane of an element substrate 11 as the base while having a first foaming chamber 29 where bubbles are generated in an internal ink by a heater 20 and a second foaming chamber 30 communicating with the first foaming chamber 29. A nozzle 27 has a delivery port section 25 including a delivery port 26 communicating with the second foaming chamber 30. At the cross section parallel to the principal plane of the element substrate 11, if the average cross-sectional areas of the first foaming chamber 29, the second foaming chamber 30 and the delivery port section 25 are defined as S1, S2 and S3, respectively, the relationship of S2>S1>S3 is fulfilled.
