PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material provided with a protective layer excellent in stain resistance and free from occurrence of problems of adhesion failure or the like. SOLUTION: As shown in Figure 1, the decorative material 1 superior in adhesiveness in particular is provided with a base material 2, a printing layer 3 formed on the base material 2, and a protective layer 5 formed on the printing layer 3 and comprising an ionizing radiation-curing type resin, and a stress mitigating layer for mitigating the shrinkage stress during the curing of the ionizing radiation-curing type resin constituting the protective layer 5 is provided between the printing layer 3 and the protective layer 5 as a primer layer 4.
