PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink arrangement device of a printing machine, which can offer the highest printing quality, especially an offset printing machine. SOLUTION: On the ink arrangement device 1 of the printing machine, especially the offset printing machine, one ink fountain roller 2, one ink distributing roller 5 and one vibrating roller 8 are equipped. The vibrating roller 8 is arranged so as to bring a rotatingly contact with the ink distributing roller 5. In addition, a transferring device 9 for transferring ink is equipped by realizing the synchronizing working together of the vibration roller 8 and the ink fountain roller 2.
