The pre-fabricated reinforced-concrete basement comprises a trapezoidal pad and concrete blocks connected to single basement block. The basement blockhas straight and cross-like shape in plan, and has in the upper and the lower sections armature parts with possibility to connect those to each other by reinforced-concrete mix.
