<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording method in which the shortest recording mark by which a good recording property can be obtained is formed by high speed recording of 8 times or more of standard speed. <P>SOLUTION: When a recording mark and a space corresponding to a recording signal are formed by irradiation of a laser beam and information is recorded and when it is combination in which 3T space is formed at immediately after 3T mark, further, a recording mark having length of 6T or more is formed at immediately after the space, the 3T mark having such a specific pattern can be formed accurately by increasing recording pulse length of the laser beam irradiated for forming the 3T mark, jitter of recording and reproducing and PI errors can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
