<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the opening torque of a cap of a can container in which a joining stepped part of a joining can barrel is formed on a threaded part. <P>SOLUTION: A threaded can container comprises a cylindrical container barrel portion having an overlapped joining part 16 with a stepped part 15 formed on a side face, and a container mouth part 5 with a thread and a curl part formed on an opening end of the container barrel portion. A bottom lid is seamed at a lower end of the barrel portion, a cap with a resin-made sealing liner added to an inner surface side of a top plate part covers the container mouth part, and the cap is seamed and sealed to the container mouth part so as to form a screw groove in a skirt part of the cap to the thread. The thread is formed in the direction in which the cap 7 is opened from the upper side to the lower side of the overlapped stepped part with respect to the joined part 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
