ELECTRICALLY INSULATED CABLE AND CONNECTING STRUCTURE OF THE SAME AND HOUSING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically insulated cable formed so as to have a highly reliable waterproof connection part between a sheath and a housing made of polyamide resin by imparting a sheath with a heat fusing property against the polyamide resin.

SOLUTION: The sheath b is formed of a crosslinking compound of a resin composition mainly composed of a mixture containing thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer and thermoplastic polyamide elastomer with a weight ratio ranging from 80:20 to 10:90. On the cable A, in the case that a housing of polyamide-based engineering plastic is arranged at a position surrounding the end of the sheath by injection molding, the sheath b is fusion-bonded to the housing H, and airtight sealing at an interface between the housing and the sheath is secured.
