<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive material and a transparent conductive film an electrical resistance of which can be sufficiently prevented from rising or varying with time even in a highly humid environment or a chemical substance environment of an organic solvent, an organic gas, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent conductor comprises: a substrate 13; a conductive layer 14 containing conductive particles 11 and a resin 12; and a barrier layer 15 containing a metal or an inorganic compound; where the barrier layer 15 is placed at least in one position of positions between the substrate 13 and the conductive layer 14 and on a side of the substrate 13 opposite to the conductor layer 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
