<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-shaped load sensor having a stable switching function by stabilizing the performance of a resistance layer used for circuit state detection, etc. <P>SOLUTION: This load sensor comprises: wiring layers 4 and 6 formed on a first flexible insulation film 1, with the wiring layers 4 and 6 having contact point areas 5a and 7a; a wiring layer 16 formed on a second flexible insulation film 15, with a wiring layer 16 having contact point areas 17a and 18a; an insulation spacer 9 interposed between the respective films, with the insulation spacer 9 having through holes 10a and 11a for switches; adhesive compound layers 20a and 20b bondedly put between the respective films and the spacer; a resistance layer 8 put to connection in a switch circuit comprising the respective wiring layers of the respective films; the resistance layer 8 disposed on at least one film among the respective insulation films; and a gap 14 provided for separating the resistance layer and the compound layers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
