<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheets post-processing device possible to be miniaturized over the whole thereof without hindering paper sheets aligning performance, and to provide an image forming device with the same. <P>SOLUTION: A finisher 1 is provided with a processing tray 3 for stacking a bundle of paper sheets and a staple unit 2 for performing stapling. The processing tray 3 is structured of a first tray part 8 and a second tray part 9, and the first tray part 8 can be turned to change an angle thereof in response to printing mode. Practically, when stacking the bundle of paper sheets, the first tray part 8 is inclined at the same angle with the second tray part 9, namely, at the predetermined angle of inclination against the horizontal direction.
