PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaping apparatus which can shape a molded product having fine structure of a high aspect ratio with more simplicity and low cost, and to provide an optical element. SOLUTION: At the time of demolding of a mold disc 2a and a workpiece M, a defect such as a protuberance of the top face center section of the workpiece M does not arise. This is because a frame member 3 inhibits the deformation in which the top face of the workpiece M juts out outside at the time of transfer, that is, this is because the stress released at the time of demolding is also equalized more and the top face of workpiece M and the mold disc 2a are separated uniformly since unevenness of stress distribution within the surface of a transferred section is inhibited.
