PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a GLP-1 analogue which is used for treating a mammal with a defective absorption syndrome such as diabetes, obesity, kidney dysfunction, or hypoglycemia and is more active or metabolically stable than a native glucagon-like peptide-1 (7-36) amide (GLP-1). SOLUTION: A peptide analogue of a glucagon-like peptide-1 consisting of a specific amino acid sequence is provided, and so is a medicine composition which contains an effective amount of a pharmaceutically allowable salt of the peptide analogue and a pharmaceutically allowable carrier or diluent.
