PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a matter that dielectric strength of a circuit being applied with a high voltage deteriorates in conventional electronic components being coated with an insulation sheet because the coating position of the insulation sheet is shifted, and to provide a component unit in which insulation is enhanced without sacrifice of heat dissipation properties. SOLUTION: The component unit comprises a heat dissipation plate 10 formed by laying an insulator 14 on a substrate 12, and an electronic component 16 mounted on the heat dissipation plate 10. Since the electronic component 16 is mounted on the heat dissipation plate 10 in surface contact with the insulator 14, contact area between the heat dissipation plate 10 and the insulator 14 is increased and insulation can be enhanced without sacrifice of heat dissipation properties.
