PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily enhance the quality of an image provided to users. SOLUTION: In a step S81, a camera position information acquisition part acquires camera position information. In a step S82, an unnecessary region specifying part acquires an image from a photographic control part and specifies any unnecessary regions of the image according to the camera position information. In a step S83, an unnecessary image feature information acquisition part acquires unnecessary image feature information according to the camera position information. In a step S84, an unnecessary image specifying part specifies the unnecessary portions of the image within the unnecessary regions according to the unnecessary image feature information. In a step S85, a synthesis background image acquisition part acquires a background image for synthesis. In a step S86, a background image synthesizing part synthesizes the background image with the unnecessary portions of the image.
