PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information about a desired web page even on a mobile terminal having poor performance in comparison to PCs and to perform a process based on information about the display control of the web page. SOLUTION: An information transfer server 20 receives from an external web server 30 a web page corresponding to an address received from a mobile terminal 10, then displays the web page on a web browser, and sends to the mobile terminal 10 an image file where the screen of a web browser is converted at an enlargement/reduction ratio according to the coefficient of a predetermined function read from a storage means. The information transfer server 20 then receives position information and event information in an image from the mobile terminal 10 and acquires position information in the web browser that is associated with the position information in the image according to the predetermined function.
