PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing apparatus, capable of proving that an analysis data is obtainable to be identical with the previously obtained analysis data, when extracting arbitrary measured data. SOLUTION: The analyzing apparatus 1 includes a display device 4 for displaying images, a measured data file 21 storing the measured data, an analysis software 18 for analyzing the measured data stored in the measured data file 21, an analysis data file 22 for storing analysis data obtained through analysis, an analysis data file 22 for storing the analysis condition about the analysis, an analysis condition display software 19 for forcing the analysis condition stored to the analysis data file 22 to display on the display device 4, and analysis reproductive software 20 for forcing to implement the analysis through the analysis software 18, based on the analysis condition stored to the analysis data file 22.
