PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition obtaining a conditioning effect, especially sliding property in its use on healthy hairs and hairs damaged by the use of a hair color or hair dye, also excellent in finished feeling after drying and further excellent in the improvement of foam quality and touch feeling after its use. SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition is characterized by containing≥1 kind of dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride derivatives, and≥1 kind selected from a cation-modified locust bean gum, cation-modified tara gum and cation-modified fenugreek gum.
