PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trimming die which can simultaneously carry out blanking with good dimensional precision and separation of a trimmed product from trimmed burrs, and to provide a cutting blade for use in the trimming die. SOLUTION: The cutting blade 1 is produced by machining without employing bending processing, and combined with a stand 2 in one body. The cutting blade has a hole 3 formed therein, which communicates with the stand. The stand has a notched space 4 which has a cross-sectional shape shown in Fig.(c) or (d), and the hole opens in the notched space. Therefore the trimmed burrs or the trimmed product falls in the hole and/or the notched space, so that the product is separated from the burrs simultaneously with cutting.
