PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide swimming goggles which prevents through holes to pass a head band from disturbing the flow of water. SOLUTION: Through holes 17 extending in the longitudinal direction C to pass the ends 31 of the head band 6 are formed in the outside end portions 12 of the frame 3 of the swimming goggles 1. In the outside end portions 12, shielding portions 8 to cover the through holes 17 from the front are provided. In the shielding portions 8, slopes 28 extending to approach the central surface D of the swimming goggles 1 from the front to the rear in the parts facing the through holes 17 are formed.
