PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko machine capable of carrying game balls received in a rotary body without dropping game balls even if the vertical section of the rotary body is not circular. SOLUTION: A rotary winning device 10 has the rotary body 11 whose vertical section is oval, and a band-like rotary body cover 12 is wound around the surface of the rotary body 11. Both ends of the rotary body cover 12 are fixed to cover attaching shafts which are energized upward. The cover attaching shafts move upward/downward according to the rotation of the rotary body 11, and the rotary body cover 12 is kept closely attached to the outer surface of the rotary body 11. A game ball P staying between the cover attaching shafts is supported on the outer surface of the rotary body 11 while the rotary body 11 is rotating, and is finally received in an opening 11a to be carried to a third-rated starting hole 13c.
