PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pants-type disposable diaper which has excellent fitting property to the body, is reliably prevented from slipping down, and is prevented from shrinking of an absorptive body. SOLUTION: An exterior sheet 20 has waist elastic members 24 arranged around waist open sections and a plurality of loin elastic member groups 25 arranged along a body front F and a body back B horizontally. The exterior sheet further has a plurality of curved elastic member groups 26 and 28 each extending from one side joint edge to a crotch side, detouring around the crotch side and reaching the other side joint edges, and arranged so as to be spaced from each other without intersection. The heads and ends of the curved elastic member groups 26 and 28 are connected at predetermined intervals in a range from substantially the upper sections to the lower sections of the side joint edges of the body front and the body back. The curved elastic member groups 26 and 28 are cut on the absorber 13 to make them discontinuous.
