LUCIFERASE EMISSION METHOD AND EMISSION REAGENT FOR MULTICOLOR SIMULTANEOUS MEASUREMENT

A luciferase emission method for multicolor emission simultaneous measurement in which Kinetics is improved and mutual emission intensity is controlled in luciferin/luciferase emission reaction having a feature in emission color. A luciferin/luciferase light emitting method characterized in that, in emission reaction by at least two kinds of luciferase selected from a group of green light emission luciferase, orange light emission luciferase and red light emission luciferase, luciferase is caused to react with luciferin so that variation in emission intensity in 90 sec within emission measurement period becomes 10% or less. Method for utilizing luciferin/ luciferase light emitting method, an emission reagent and an emission reagent kit are also provided.
