<p>A fully enclosed unit laminated DC motor is provided, the core of which is laminated by n disc shaped motor units and is impenetrated by a motor shaft. These laminated motor units are alternately laminated by rotors and stators. Each of the rotors is formed by a turnplate and several permanent magnets, and these permanent magnets are mounted on the turnplates so as to be aligned with the interphase polarity, thereby a concentric circular ring centred by the shaft is formed. Each of the stators is formed by stator brackets and several coils, and the outer circumferential walls of the stator brackets are combined together to form a shell of the motor, thereby attain a fully enclosed structure. The coils are mounted on the stator brackets in a manner of s concentric circular rings that correspond to those of the permanent magnets of the rotors. The coils could be interconnected in series, parallel or series-parallel connection manner, the lead wire of which is connected to an external controllable circuit board. The present invention have the advantages of high efficiency, power consumption economy, ease of assembly and maintenance, and in most circumstances the motor of the present invention could be repaired without turning off the motor.</p> |
