Sealing device for bottle with liquid includes measuring plug that contains the housing with inlet and outlet and closing element in the form of mobile ball placed into a conical insertion, spherical gasket set with possibility of motion along the axis. Upper part of generatrix surface of the housing of measuring plug has a circular groove and thread. In lower part of this surface the windows are executed with fastening elements directed inward. Measuring plug is placed in the lid, on which the slots, ring fullering, circular perforation notch and stiffener are executed. Thus, the lid is executed as a separate metallic part.
