The method for recovering the sonorous speech after complete resection of the larynx comprises the rational psychotherapy, the breathing and logopedicexercises. In addition, the normative image of sounding pseudorandom, specified and multiple sequence of the key-words is generated taking into account the time interval between the words, the amplitude and the pitch acceptable for the patients. The normative image of sounding is processed with the aid of the computer, scanned by sound analyzer. Then the images of rhythm and intonation of the patient's speech are displayed in the screen with the normative speech, being superimposed both as the images and the text heard from the earphones. The patient is able to assess autonomously the current duration of the voice segments, their variation, the frequency range, the density, the deviation from the normative speech, with the synchronous correction of the monitored relations by the patient's voice. The results of the correction of the monitored relations are marked by the synchronous superimposition of the operator's instructions on the audiosignal of the logopedic exercise being performed. The phonogram may be recorded through the parallel interface. The reproduction of such phonogram may serve as the means for the autonomous stimulation of the functions of pseudovocal aperture and the soft palate in generating low frequency components modulating the voice in the course of the individual exercises of the patient.
