The drill instrument with percussion action for especially strong rocks has body, this comprises a tail element and head with fixed on its end and set forth with respect to it main hard-alloy inserts, the working section of those has curvilinear surface. The hard-alloy inserts placed at the periphery of the head with inclination and the inserts at smaller in diameter neighboring circle are placed one with respect to another in height and in radial direction in such way that at bringing in coincidence the radial planes of those going through the axes of the inserts their working profiles intersect with crossing. The head of the body at periphery is equipped with additional inserts, the cutter edges of those and the peripheral points on the main inclined inserts at alignment of the radial planes coincide.
