PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature firing oxide ceramic material satisfying requirements for relative density, insulation resistance, and thermal conductivity.
SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the low-temperature firing oxide ceramic material includes a process of weighing prescribed amounts of a main component composed of aluminum oxide, and auxiliary components composed of at least niobium oxide, titanium oxide, copper oxide and silver oxide, a process of mixing the main component and the auxiliary components after the above process, a process of molding slurry after the above process to a sheet form, a process of working a molding after the above process, and a firing process, in which the ratio of diffraction peak intensity of 2θ=33.90±0.10° by a crystal phase and diffraction peak intensity of a (104) face by a corundum crystal phase of oxide aluminum in an X-ray diffraction measurement method using a CuKα ray is 0.05 to 0.40, and the ceramic material is fired at 860 to 880°C so as to generate a multiple oxide composed of the niobium oxide, the titanium oxide, and the copper oxide.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
