<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap which can easily perform classified abolishment, simplifies assembled, and has good appearance. <P>SOLUTION: In a hinged cap 10 in which respective back parts of a cap body peripheral wall 22 for mounting on an opening neck part 4 of a container body and a lid body peripheral wall 64 are hinge-connected, breaking lines 38 are respectively longitudinally provided on both left and right sides of the front wall part 32 of the cap body peripheral wall 22. An intermediate part in the vertical direction is connected with the lower part of the front wall part 32 through a horizontal connecting hinge 44 to provide a freely swingable operating plate 42. Under a condition that the lower end part 24 of the operating plate is engaged to the outer face of the opening neck part of the container body, the breaking lines 38 are formed so as to be torn by rotating the operating plate 42 to the front downward around the lower end part 24 as a center. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
