<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately position a fixing device easily in a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: In the fixing device before a positioning member is attached to it as shown in Figure (a), the shaft 21a of the fixing roller is supported by the first holding members 51 of jigs 50, as shown in Figure (b), and positioning members 37 are held by the second holding members 52 of the jigs 50. The positional relation between the first holding member 51 and second holding member 52 are predetermined so that the shaft 21a of the fixing roller and the positioning members 37 have correct positional relations. The left and right jigs 50, 50 are moved inward and the positioning members 37 are brought into contact with second side plates 36 as shown in Figure (c) and fixed the positioning members 37 to the second side plate 36. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
