<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for chopping noodle strip, designed to obtain well-sharp-edged hand-made-fashioned noodles equivalent to knife-cut noodles despite being a reasonable method for chopping noodle strip using cutter rollers, and to provide an apparatus for the method. <P>SOLUTION: The method for chopping noodle strip comprises the following practice: The cutter rollers each with a plurality of circular blades assembled rectangularly to its rotating shaft and a columnar receiving roller are arranged in parallel. The cutter rollers are rotated in the direction so as to stand against the receiving roller in such a way as to be higher in circumferential speed than the receiving roller, wherein the plurality of cutter rollers with all of the circular blades necessary for chopping are appropriately distributed are functioned in coordination with the single receiving roller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
