POLYMER CEMENT COMPOSITION FOR WATER PROOFING AND HARDENED ARTICLE THEREOF, AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement-based polymer cement composition having characteristics required as a polymer cement composition for water proofing of concrete and providing a nice looking hardened article in which the color difference between the surface color of the hardened article in drying time and in wetting time to thereby dispense with the coating of the upper surface of the hardened article layer, a method of manufacturing the same and the hardened article. SOLUTION: The polymer cement composition contains a cement component containing: at least one kind selected from alumina cement and portland cement; resin emulsion containing at least one kind selected from ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion and an acrylic copolymer emulsion; and a light-shielding component containing at least one kind of a component selected from a light-shielding pigment and light-shielding filler. The color difference (ΔE) of the hardened article of the polymer cement composition in drying time and in wetting time is expressed by mathematical expression ofΔE≤5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
