PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiating structure that can secure sufficient heat radiating efficiency, and to provide a display device for vehicle. SOLUTION: The heat radiating structure is provided with a heat generating electronic component 10 mounted on a circuit board 7, thermal conductors 7d and 7e formed on the circuit board 7 to transmit the heat generated by the electronic component 10, and a heat radiating body 11 connected to the thermal conductor 7e to radiate the heat generated from the electronic component 10. The heat radiating body 11 is continuously formed on both the mounting surface side of the component 10 and the surface side on the opposite side of the mounting surface side of the circuit board 7. Therefore, the heat generated from the electronic component 10 can be radiated sufficiently, because the heat by the component 10 and can be radiated by means of the heat radiating body 11 on both sides of the circuit board 7.
