PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a crack from occurring on a screw fastening section of a bamboo-like fence panel to a reinforcing frame in the horizontal direction or in an inclined direction after an elapse of one to two years after installation of a synthetic resin bamboo fence. SOLUTION: A crack often occurs in the bamboo-like fence panel 1 formed of an ASA resin when the panel 1 expands/shrinks due to heat generated by exposure to the afternoon sun. In fastening the bamboo-like fence panels, the first bamboo-like fence panel 1 at the distal end in the width direction is screw-fastened in the connection groove 12, and then the third panel from the distal end in the width direction is screw-fastened. Then, by increasing the pitch, the sixth panel from the neighboring fastened panel is screw-fastened, the tenth screw from the neighboring fastened panel in the width direction is screw-fastened, the fourteenth panel from the neighboring fastened panel in the width direction is screw-fastened, and so on. Thus, the panels are more densely fastened with screws 3 in the end section in the width direction from the distal end to the center side. By arranging the screws more coarsely in the center section, the fixing strength at the end section in the width direction can be secured by the densely arranged screws 3 to avoid a crack in the fence.
