PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deflection preventing structure of a soundproof floor material, which is free from deflection of the soundproof floor material even if a heavy item such as furniture is mounted on the soundproof floor material after construction of the same, and maintains the heavy item in a horizontal state. SOLUTION: In construction of the deflection preventing structure, after mounting of the soundproof floor material 4 having a cushioning material 3 arranged on a rear surface thereof, on a floor base 6, a bearing member 1 having almost the same height as that from the floor base 6 to a surface of the soundproof floor material 4, is inserted into the soundproof floor material 4 from the surface thereof so as to reach a surface of the floor base 6.
