PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger having a constitution capable of easily coping with heat exchanging capacity of a wide range by using corrugate fins of uniform height molded by using one roll die. SOLUTION: One or two corrugate fins 2 of uniform height are respectively mounted between linear portions of the tubes 1 adjacent to each other, so that the heat exchanging capacity can be properly determined in accordance with a ratio of places where one corrugate fin 2 is mounted and places where two corrugate fins are mounted between the linear portions of the tubes adjacent to each other.
