PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic transmission capable of reducing speed of driving force of a hydraulic motor 21 by a speed reduction mechanism 12, transmitting it to a swivel base 6, and returning drain oil in a speed reduction case 13 into a tank 44 through an oil passage having a simple structure. SOLUTION: A drain oil passage discharge part 13a of the speed reduction case 13 is communicated with a charge oil passage 25 of the hydraulic motor 21 through the drain oil passage 63 of the speed reduction mechanism.
