RUBBER COMPOSITION, ITS PRODUCTION METHOD AND PNEUMATIC TIRE USING THE RUBBER COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition, which contains a rubber recycled from decomposed rubber products and has good breaking strength and antiwear quality and to provide a tire that is excellent in balance between antiwear property and gripping performance while realizing the material recycling of the rubber products through the use of the rubber composition. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the rubber composition and the pneumatic tire using the rubber composition. The rubber composition is produced by mixing 5 to 150 parts by mass of enzymatic decomposition rubber that is obtained by decomposing a vulcanized rubber using an oxidase capable of decomposing lignin with 100 parts by mass of a rubber component containing natural rubber and/or diene rubber as a major component. The oxidase preferably enzymatically decomposes vulcanizate by peroxidation reaction of an unsaturated fatty acid in the vulcanizate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
