PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game data collecting device, method and system capable of accurately determining abnormal ball putout when a fraud is executed in a long term, a middle term and a short term. SOLUTION: This game data collecting device is provided with a state determination means determining the discharge amount of game media for every unit time or unit game based on game data and, when the discharge amount of game media exceeds a predetermined value, capable of outputting information based on that the discharge amount of the game media exceeds the predetermined value. This device can accurately determine the abnormal discharge of the game media when, for example, a fraud such as the replacement of ROM and the installation of a board producing a big winning in response to an electric wave is executed in a long term, a middle term and a short term.
