It is characterised in that: 1) the application element ( 4 ) is fixed to the cap ( 3 ) to form an applicator ( 9 ), 2) it has an H/D shape factor equal to at least 1.5, so that the applicator dispenser ( 1, 1' ) is longitudinal and has an axial direction ( 10 ), where H is the height and D denotes its maximum transverse dimension.
