An information processing system includes a medium, an electronic pen, an information output device, and a transmission device. The medium has a first reply area as an area for writing a first reply. The electronic pen acquires and transmits the information described on the medium. The information output device has an education content reception unit for receiving an education content from the transmission device, a pen information reception unit for receiving information from the electronic pen, and an information output unit for user first reply information which is information on the information described in the first reply area by the electronic pen among the education content or/and information received by the pen information reception unit. The transmission device has a content transmission unit for transmitting an education content stored. It is possible to perform effective education by using a moving picture and the electronic pen.
