A housing (8) is divided through a dividing plane (13) into two housing portions (14,15) for respectively accommodating a regulating flap valve (4) and a check valve (7). The dividing plane is slanted towards the plane of the connection flanges ((1,3) on both sides such that the housing can be assembled with different relative positions of the two housing portions.
