<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength and rigidity and realize the vibration damping effect on high level by relaxing the stress concentration to a specified portion. <P>SOLUTION: In a plate mounting structure, an almost annular signal plate 26 having a central hole 30 is fixed to the side surface of an engine rearmost crank arm 18#4 in a crankshaft 10 and a balance weight 16#4 integrally formed with it in four positions of two first fixing parts 41 and two second fixing parts 42. The first fixing parts 41 are arranged at both circumferential ends of the balance weight 16#4.
