<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a throughput required at a computer side at starting communication and to realize power-saving of a portable appliance. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication method for performing communication between the portable appliance 10 and a PC 20 via a radio LAN network comprises a communication setting step for performing data communication between the portable appliance 10 and the PC 20 and setting communication setting information necessary for communication in advance, a starting step for starting communication with the PC 20 from the portable appliance 10 via the radio LAN network, and a communication step for performing communication between the portable appliance 10 and the PC 20 via the radio LAN network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
