ROCKING TYPE EXERCISE EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely provide a highly effective exercise by a simple sensing means in rocking type exercise equipment giving a user an exercise load modeling a horse riding by rocking a seat part on which the user sit.

SOLUTION: A calculation part 61 calculates the sitting position (front/rear and left/right) of the user sitting on the seat part, its time changes and the time changes of loads to the seat part based on the measurement results of the simple dynamic sensing means such as a pressure distribution sensor 52. The information is input in a control part 62, and a display 63, a speaker 65 and a vibration device 67 output the display corresponding thereto to urge the user to change the riding posture. The control part 62 gives the control output corresponding to the exercise posture of the user to a rocking device driving part 68 and an inclination device driving part 69 so that the user can easily correct the posture into an ideal riding position. This equipment thus provides the user with the highly effective exercise.
