<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology whereby audio-visual of an analog television signal can be attained with excellent image quality even in the case of a television audio-visual apparatus capable of providing various services under the management of a server or the like and carrying charging processing. <P>SOLUTION: An audio-visual management system includes: a liquid crystal display for displaying an image on the basis of a video signal; a video processing section for selecting an input signal in response to video contents selected by a user, generating the video signal on the basis of the input signal, converting a horizontal synchronizing frequency of the video signal into a horizontal synchronizing frequency suitable for the liquid crystal display, and outputting the resulting horizontal synchronizing frequency; and a control section for accepting the entry by the user with respect to the selection of the video contents, and transmitting a display instruction of the video contents selected by the user to a display control means on the basis of restriction information with respect to the stored video contents and imposition processing result information denoting a result of charging processing imposed on the audio-visual of the video contents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
