<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time counting system exactly indicating time difference from time of day. <P>SOLUTION: A time of day counter 200 counting a reference time of day, a time of day indication means 400, an external input means 700 for externally inputting a time difference set quantity from the reference time of day, a time difference set quantity memory 822 for storing the input time difference set quantity are provided. The time difference from time of day adding the time difference set quantity stored in the time difference set quantity memory 822 to the reference time of day is indicated on the time of day indication means 400. The external input means 700 has A button 720 and B button 730 for inputting the time difference of an hour unit by one operation. The time difference set quantity memory 822 stores the time difference set quantity according to the operation times of the A button 720 and the B button 730.
