<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input operation device enabling a person to drive a vehicle with a simple operation and to quickly shift traveling operation by switching the operation of the input device from a predetermined operation to other operation. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle is provided with the input operation device 1 capable of conducting a variety of operations such as steering, accelerating and deaccelerating with one hand. Steering of the vehicle is made by rotating a grip 5 around the steering rotation axis line Ls, while accelerating the vehicle is made by turning down the grip 5 through an arm 9 around the steering turn axis line Ls. The grip 5 has an operation lever 11 to deaccelerate, and the operation lever 11 can turn around a deaccelerating turn axis line Ld by using its base end as a supporting point.
