PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which tips of electrodes provided on a portable electric equipment side and a charger do not interfere with parts of a charging terminal or a discharging terminal on the battery pack side, and the assembly work of these terminals is easy, and which can be manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: Each terminal 3, 4 has a screw rod and a flange 8 of an outward-facing flange shape, and a plurality of cutouts 12, 12 are formed at the outer periphery of the flange 8. Non recessed parts such as engaging grooves are formed at the center 13 of a portion exposed to the surface of a case 2 in the flange 8. When the screw rod is screwed into the screw hole of a receptacle fitting in the case 2, an engaging projection piece of a driver of a special shape is engaged with each cutouts 12, 12, and respective terminals 3, 4 are rotated.
