PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for displaying a dynamic image applied to a display. SOLUTION: The method for displaying the dynamic image applied to the display executes an operation of reproduction of the dynamic image through an on-screen display (OSD) chip, when power of the display is turned on, performs a starting screen and reproduction of the dynamic image at the same time, thus, a state in which a user needs to wait for reproduction of the dynamic image to see start-up information at the time of start-up is prevented and the dynamic image is reproduced with or without signal input at the same time.
